Jamaican-born ensemble Morgan Heritage has unearthed a way to infuse the sounds of pop, rock, country, R&B, and hip-hop music into their brand of reggae that they call “Rockaz.” Morgan Heritage’s name is duly cemented in the history of reggae and music as a whole, as critics, fans, and music lovers have anxiously awaited this new release. In the wake of their historic Grammy win for Best Reggae Album as the producer and artist of “Strictly Roots,” the culture-driven pop-reggae five-piece has managed to deliver yet another quality album, Avrakedabra.

Morgan Heritage releases a new music video today, called “Reggae Night.” The song is from Morgan Heritage’s latest hit album Avrakedabra. Morgan Heritage has it going on in huge dollops! The melodic flow and pulsing muscular rhythm of “Reggae Night” are positively addictive. The sublime vocals sparkle with light and the harmonies are delicious. Whatever you do, don’t miss “Reggae Night.” It’s beau coup yazum!

Bongs, joints, blunts, pipes, you name it! But, as a singer and MC he especially loves vaping due to the health benefits. Mojo sees the herb as a way to “heal the nation.” Healing not only for the users of cannabis itself, but also our national economy. He points out that after the recent legalization in certain states in the U.S., the cannabis industry “is proving to not only be a financially viable industry but also a medically beneficial treatment option”

The nomination was a win for us. Being in the business for 20-plus years, making good music, a lot of our peers felt like we should have been nominated before and won. That was enough for us - to be nominated. The win was surreal and over the top. Legends were nominated - like Luciano, Barrington (Levy). We felt like they deserved to win. It was a blessing for us to hear our name as the winner - Morgan Heritage, Strictly

Grammy-winning reggae group Morgan Heritage have announced a new partnership with California cannabis provider Proper Rx to provide a HIPAA-compliant cannabis delivery service to the Bay Area. The service will allow MMJ patients who do not have access to cars, who are handicapped, or are too ill to leave their homes to receive medicine delivered to their door. Reggae standout act Morgan Heritage released its latest full-length studio recording last week.  The record, Avrakedabra is a work of sheer musical magic.  This fourteen-song record is easily one of this year’s top new reggae records hands down.  That is due in no small part to the diversity of the record’s musical arrangements.  The lyrical themes exhibited throughout the record are just as diverse, making them notable in their own right, too.  The record’s sequencing rounds out its most important elements.

Hot on the heels of their Avrakedabra European World Tour, “The Royal Family of Reggae” have just dropped their new studio album Avrakedabra. The album is already in the top 3 iTunes Reggae chart in over eight countries on release day! The album, which is their best work to date, hosts some heavyweight featured appearances. Featuring Mr. Talkbox, the famed computerized voice featured on Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic,” Kabaka Pyramid and Dre Island leading the front for the younger generation, Stephen

Morgan Heritage - Avrakedabra Looks as though reggae's most successful family band has been whittled down from a core quintet to a threesome, and now lead singer Peter Morgan (truly one of the most engaging front men in all of Jamaican music), keyboardist/vocalist Gramps Morgan and percussionist/vocalist Mr. Mojo are going forward under the MH name. What hasn't changed is their growing determination (so it would seem) to modernize roots reggae music to the max. Opening track "Want Some More" (referring to
